While nobody wants to use a warranty, and quality problems are rare with Hed products, we know that your peace of mind is important. All Hed wheels have a 5-year limited warranty from the date of purchase. If you have concerns about your wheels, bars, or other Hed products, call us or visit an authorized Hed dealer.  

A Note On Wheels and Impact Damage:

For all types of bicycle wheels, a hard strike on the rim may result in rim damage. On impact, an aluminum rim may dent, and a carbon rim may delaminate - both are unsafe conditions that require rim replacement. If your wheel or rim is damaged, please contact us about our limited Crash Replacement program.
