The Position: Full time Sales account manager.
Hed Cycling is looking for someone outgoing, self-motivated, organized and hunter attitude. This role will require the manager to develop sales in a specific area to maximum market potential. We are looking for someone who can step in and immediately provide high level service to our customers and support other team members with a committed attitude and professional approach.
- Generate sale forecasts using historical data and budget
- Maintain a strong data driven score card.
- Identify prospects and establish new accounts
- Provide technical support over phone and email
- Represent Hed at events
- Serve as contact between customer and company
- Strong technical knowledge with experience in bicycle sales and/or service
- Must be comfortable discussing current range of bicycle standards and trends
- Five years of experience in sales/business development
- Strong proficiency in written and communication skills
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel, QuickBooks
