Hed Sonic Cassette body 15mm axle

2009 sonic hubs utilize a 15mm axle to increase stiffness and decrease weight. Both campy and shimano available. End caps are specific to cassette (Campy or shimano) configuration. Cassette body is blue.

Hed Sonic Cassette body 12 mm axle

Gold cassette bodies have a smaller 12mm diameter axel. This cassette body was used on most Hed wheels built approximately 2006 – spring 2008. Spacer position and wheel dish are changed to accommodate the spacing differences from shimano to campy.
